Returns

You may request a return within 60 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized puzzles
  • Used or damaged items (unless received defective or damaged)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely even that your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it or offer a full refund. We kindly ask that you contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos to expedite the process and prevent future occurrences.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective piece/item, we will gladly replace it or offer a full refund. We kindly, ask that photos are provided to expedite the process and prevent future occurrences.
